Registered Nurse (RN) FT Nights - Oncology (Acute Care)

RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in Oncology/Acute Care during night shift. Responsibilities include conducting the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation), coordinating care through interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring documentation and compliance with organizational policies. Requires active RN license (GA or multi-state compact), BLS, and completion of an accredited nursing program. May serve as a preceptor or mentor to other nurses; participation in performance improvement and shared governance is encouraged. Strong emphasis on teamwork, culturally competent care, and applying evidence-based practice within Wellstar frameworks.
