Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology/Lives in an acute care setting on FT night shift. Demonstrates nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and delivers patient-centered, relationship-based care across diverse populations. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, ensures timely documentation, adheres to evidence-based practice and professional standards, participates in performance improvement, and serves as a preceptor/mentor to others. Supports shared governance and compliance with policies, with emphasis on safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Required Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
