Registered Nurse (RN) FT Nights - Oncology (Acute Care)

RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) and evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, high-quality, safe care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, supporting culturally competent care, documenting thoroughly, participating in performance improvement, serving as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses, and upholding regulatory and professional standards (e.g., Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics) while aligning with Wellstar governance and policies. The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and ongoing professional development in an oncology/acute care setting with a night shift emphasis.
