Registered Nurse (RN) FT Nights - Oncology (Acute Care)

RN Clinical Nurse works within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process; provides patient-centered care, coordinates care through effective communication and documentation, and supports performance improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include establishing partnerships with patients and families, participating in interdisciplinary rounds and staff education, serving as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses, promoting safe, quality care aligned with organizational policies and standards, and contributing to data collection and research utilization to improve outcomes.
