Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted nursing unit residents by utilizing the nursing process. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization while accessing community resources. Work under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, with ACLS certification required for Charge Nurse roles. Full-time night shift employment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification
- AHA approved ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
- ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
