Job Summary
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers. Participates in discharge planning. Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Night shift, full-time role with comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonus; must hold RN licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
