Job Summary
Plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policy. Assess patient needs to initiate and implement individualized plans of care while maintaining continuity through effective communication across shifts and departments. Participate in education, record maintenance, and skills training for personnel. Provide full-time, 12-hour day and night shift coverage with rotating weekends to support behavioral and mental health patients. Requires Indiana RN certification, one year of nursing experience, and a passion for serving underserved populations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery
- Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience
