Registered Nurse (RN) FT

Plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital values. Assess patient needs to initiate and implement individualized care plans while maintaining continuity of care across shifts. Effectively relate with other departments and nursing units, participating in education, record maintenance, and skills development for personnel. This role supports an interdisciplinary, multi-specialty approach for acute psychiatric and complex medical patients across Indiana, Michigan, Texas, and Arizona.
