Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients within the nursing process, participating in care plans and providing physical and psychological support in a therapeutic environment. Serve as clinical leadership for staff, maintain harmonious relationships with patients, and model Wellfound values through problem-solving and coping strategies. Requires one year of inpatient psychiatric experience, a current Washington State RN license, and BLS certification. This .9 FTE role includes three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Current Washington State license without restrictions or accepted compact license
- One year inpatient psychiatric nursing experience
- Strong nursing assessment skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Union Membership
- Join the SEIU Union within thirty (30) calendar days of employment and remain a member in good standing of the Union, unless you submit and are approved for a religious exemption
