Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Oncology (Acute Care)

RN Clinical Nurse in Oncology (Acute Care) provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation), coordinating safe patient care, delivering relationship-based care adapted to diverse populations, promoting interdisciplinary communication, documenting accurately, supporting performance improvement, and serving as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses as needed. Requires active nursing license, BLS certification, and at least less than 1 year of direct patient care experience. Day shift in Woodstock, GA at Wellstar. Emphasizes fidelity to professional practice standards, shared governance, and compliance with applicable policies and ethical standards.
