Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Oncology (Acute Care)

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for education and goal setting. Coordinate safe quality care through interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation within an inclusive clinical environment. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance activities to promote best practices and patient safety. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Uphold all Wellstar policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
