Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Oncology (Acute Care) for Day shift at Wellstar in Powder Springs, GA. Provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and upholds evidence-based practice and professional standards. Collaborates with patients, families and care teams, participates in performance improvement, and may serve as a preceptor for other nurses. Requires active RN license and BLS; less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred. Emphasis on compassionate care, cultural sensitivity, and safe, high-quality outcomes within Wellstar’s governance and standards.
