Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Oncology (Acute Care)

RN in Oncology (Acute Care) – Day shift. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) within an interdisciplinary team. Deliver care aligned with evidence-based practice, Wellstar Professional Practice Model, and ANA Code of Ethics. Collaborate with patients and families, ensure timely documentation, participate in performance improvement and shared governance, and serve as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and professional practice requirements; contribute to a safe, inclusive clinical environment and patient safety goals.
