Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Oncology (Acute Care)

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care in an acute oncology setting. Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide bedside teaching, and coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews. Uphold evidence-based practice standards, participate in shared governance activities, and lead performance improvement initiatives to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Mentor new staff and complete mandatory competency assessments and education requirements. Comply with Georgia Nurse Practice Act, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar system policies while documenting care timely and accurately.
