Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Oncology (Acute Care)

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and rounds to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes. Uphold Wellstar policies, legal standards, and TJC safety goals. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Comply with all system codes of conduct and professional association standards.
