Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted units while utilizing the nursing process for interdisciplinary planning, discharge coordination, and patient/family teaching. Access community resources as needed and perform assigned duties including Charge Nurse responsibilities. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 90 days of employment. Inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within PAM Health's post-acute network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification within 90 days of employment
- AHA approved ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
- ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
