Registered Nurse (RN) FT Days - Inpatient Rehab

Job Summary
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in an inpatient rehab setting. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside teaching to ensure safe, individualized care aligned with Wellstar's shared governance model. Document care progress, partner with families on treatment goals, and participate in performance improvement activities and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support staff and students. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and complete mandatory education while upholding Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
- Possess excellent time management skills

Desired Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
