Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, deliver patient care to admitted units by utilizing the nursing process, directing, and supervising care. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization while accessing community resources. Perform additional duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities, with ACLS certification required. This full-time role offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability benefits, and life insurance. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification
- AHA approved ACLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
