Registered Nurse (RN) FT DAY SHIFT

Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift (6a-6p). Supervises daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants; reviews care plans to ensure residents receive individualized care; assesses residents, documents findings, develops care plans, and communicates with physicians regarding conditions and progress; delivers nursing care focused on resident comfort and well-being; prepares and administers medications as prescribed; notifies physicians or Director of Nursing of significant changes; responds to call lights and resident needs; completes charting and documentation per facility policies. Sign-on bonus of $10,000. Active RN license required; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; senior living experience preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.
