Job Summary
ER Registered Nurse (RN) delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, prioritizing needs, implementing and adjusting care plans, administering medications safely, and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and commitment to obtaining ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS within 6 months (preferred at hire). Night shift with potential sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for full-time offers. Familiarity with EPIC EHR is a plus; experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care is welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire (PALS preferred at hire)
- EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred, not required)
