Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, identification of nursing problems, implementation, and evaluation; collaborates with other professionals to ensure effective patient care and outcomes. Serves as a resource nurse when oriented; supports mission/vision; applies knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity and their spiritual/emotional needs in care; contributes to quality nursing care through performance improvement to demonstrate positive patient outcomes.
