Job Summary
Provide dialysis-related nursing care in a clinic setting and during initial home visits, educating patients and families, coordinating home dialysis training with an emphasis on safety and adherence to CAP requirements. Assess and plan individualized patient care, administer medications per protocol, respond to emergencies, document care and lab data, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support Home Dialysis patients and Home Partners. Act as a resource for staff training and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, while rotating coverage and supporting travel to training sites or patient homes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state RN licensure
- CPR/BLS Certification
