Registered Nurse- RN

Registered Nurse – Outpatient RN CAP 1 entry-level role in Fresenius Kidney Care’s Clinical Advancement Program. Responsible for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of an assigned patient group undergoing hemodialysis, with delegation of tasks to direct care staff as needed. Participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the end-stage kidney disease care team. Coursework and training to advance CAP requirements; provides education to patients and families, administers medications, initiates emergency responses when needed, coordinates with interdisciplinary team, and ensures proper laboratory handling. Requires potential travel to training sites; heavy lifting and variable physical demands are acknowledged; must maintain nursing licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
