Job Summary
Provide safe and effective delivery of home dialysis therapies to patients, including training patients and their families on home therapies equipment; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; participate in CQI activities, monthly meetings, and quality improvement goals; coordinate patient transfers to hemodialysis when needed; manage lab orders and documentation; perform CPR and administer medications as prescribed; maintain competency with home dialysis equipment and related processes; educate patients about ESRD and dialysis options; contribute to ongoing staff training and program development.
