Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and administer medications and treatments under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote positive patient outcomes while demonstrating sound clinical judgment and providing age-appropriate care based on individual needs. Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care in a 20-bed acute behavioral health facility offering 12-hour rotating shifts.
