Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing care for residents in the infirmary while supervising certified nursing assistants and resident care associates. Administer medications, perform wound treatments, and conduct rounds to assess resident status and document changes. Transcribe physician orders, initiate care plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage medication and supply stock, and report incidents or abuse allegations to leadership. This part-time PM role includes every other weekends with approximately 35 hours over a two-week period.
