Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates while providing direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments per medical directives. Lead nursing personnel on rounds to ensure resident needs are met, initiate and update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, infection control principles, and facility policies. Report incidents, abuse allegations, and supply needs to leadership. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential and sign-on bonus.
