Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing care for residents while supervising certified nursing assistants and resident care associates in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments, colostomy changes, and IV administration. Lead nursing personnel on unit rounds, initiate and update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet holistic resident needs. Ensure infection control principles are followed, manage medication and supply stock levels, and report incidents or abuse allegations to leadership. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a weekend differential of $3.00/hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees only.
