Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing care for residents while supervising certified nursing assistants and resident care associates. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, and administer medications and wound treatments as directed. Lead nursing personnel on unit rounds, initiate and update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet holistic needs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain infection control standards, and report incidents or allegations of abuse to leadership. Participate in admission, discharge, and transfer processes, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage medication and supply stock levels. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential pay.
