Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) role providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising CNAs, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications per physician orders, performing wound care and IV administration, and participating in admissions, discharges, and transfers. Requires leadership of nursing personnel on the unit, adherence to policies and procedures, infection control, care planning, and involvement in QAPI activities. Weekend differential and sign-on bonus offered; available both full-time and part-time shifts. Experience in geriatrics preferred; active RN license required.
Required Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
