Job Summary
Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates while providing direct care skills such as colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments in accordance with facility policies. Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and initiate or update care plans as required. Report incidents, allegations of abuse, or supply deficiencies to leadership. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential pay; sign-on bonus for full-time only.
Required Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
