Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents at The Village at Victory Lakes; supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies. Lead nursing staff, administer medications per physician orders, perform wound care and IV administration, participate in admissions/discharges/transfers, assess resident status and communicate with physicians/families, update care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, ensure infection control and regulatory compliance, participate in QAPI as needed, and respond to incidents. Weekend differential of $3.00/hour and sign-on bonus available for full-time roles; positions available for both full-time and part-time shifts. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $47.00 per hour. Location: Medina, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Education : A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Licenses/Certifications: Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Experience : 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
- Skills & Abilities: Ability to demonstrate compassion when working with residents
