Job Summary
Direct daily nursing care for residents while supervising certified nursing assistants and resident care associates. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, and administer medications, wound treatments, and tube feedings per established protocols. Lead nursing personnel on unit rounds, initiate and update care plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage medication and supply inventory, and report incidents or abuse allegations to leadership. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates.
Required Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
