Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing care for residents while supervising certified nursing assistants and resident care associates in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead nursing personnel, perform rounds to ensure resident needs are met, and assess status changes by notifying physicians and families. Administer medications, perform wound treatments, and transcribe physician orders while documenting adverse effects and care plan updates. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, manage medication and supply stock, and report incidents or abuse allegations to leadership. Participate in admission, discharge, transfers, and the survey process as needed. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
