Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily nursing activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates while providing direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Assess resident status changes, document findings, and notify physicians or families as required. Transcribe orders, administer medications, perform wound treatments, and schedule follow-up appointments and transportation. Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met and personnel duties are performed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure policy compliance, manage medication and supply stock, and participate in surveys, QAPI activities, and infection control protocols. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differentials and a sign-on bonus.
