Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates while providing direct care skills including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments per orders. Lead nursing personnel, conduct rounds, and initiate or update care plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure infection control, and report incidents or abuse allegations. Participate in admission, discharge, transfers, and survey processes as required. Full-time and part-time shifts available with weekend differential; minimum $35/hour.
