Registered Nurse (RN)

Direct daily activities of certified nursing assistants and resident care associates while providing direct care skills such as colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, and IV administration. Assess resident status changes, transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments per established protocols. Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met, initiate and update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Report incidents, abuse allegations, and supply deficiencies to leadership, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Evening shift coverage from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., every other weekend, and rotating holidays.
