Job Summary
Oversee care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements; collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents and develop individualized health and service plans; supervise and train unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance; assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergencies, and partner with leadership to support daily community operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and communicate in English
