Job Summary
Conduct bedside care for residents in a skilled nursing environment, managing nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines. Perform documentation using the healthcare virtual assistant program and maintain proficiency with data entry systems. Provide supervision to GNAs and LPNs within a nursing home setting while ensuring compassionate, organized patient interaction. Weekend shifts run 7pm to 7am with competitive pay and flexible scheduling available. Current state RN license, BLS, and CPR certifications are required, with one to two years of nursing home experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current state RN license or compact license
- BLS and CPR certifications
- Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry
- In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines
- Responsible and compassionate with outstanding organizational and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years recent nursing home experience preferred, but not required
- PCC experience preferred
- Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting
