Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool Tier 1 - Rappahannock General Hospital - PRN

Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established standards while floating to various departments and sites within the organization. Participate as a member of the health care team under the direction of a clinical manager to provide patient care, which may include scheduling day-of staffing, multiple assignment locations, travel assignments, or seasonal patterns. Formulate and implement a plan of care for each patient, incorporating interventions, evaluation of responses, and documentation. Demonstrate awareness of departmental goals through participation in continuous quality improvement and act as a patient safety advocate. Maintain proficiency in clinical skills, medical equipment knowledge, and the use of computerized tools such as EPIC.
