Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool Tier 1 - Rappahannock General Hospital

Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established standards while floating to various departments and sites within Rappahannock General Hospital. Schedule day-of staffing, manage multiple assignment locations in a single shift, and fulfill seasonal staffing patterns as a Tier 1 float. Participate in continuous quality improvement, act as a patient safety advocate, and coordinate nursing care using evidence-based interventions. Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including documentation, while integrating the professional practice model into daily delivery. Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs and support organization goals through teamwork and critical decision-making.
