Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - St. Mary's Hospital

Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established standards while floating to various departments and sites within the organization. Schedule day-of staffing, manage multiple assignment locations within a single shift, and fulfill travel or seasonal staffing assignments based on competency tiers. Participate in continuous quality improvement and departmental activities as a member of the health care team under clinical manager direction. Formulate and implement individualized plans of care for each patient, incorporating evidence-based interventions and documentation. Maintain awareness of departmental goals and act as a patient safety advocate through ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
