Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Caring for patients and developing nursing plans of care under the Director's supervision. Perform plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. Document care provided in a timely, accurate manner and monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assist with activities of daily living and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, transfers, discharges, and referrals. Assess learning needs and provide age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education. Display initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff, participating in performance improvement and required education as needed.
