Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool - Night Shift

Provides direct patient care in a Float Pool setting across multiple inpatient units as a full-time night-shift RN. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning and implementing care, monitoring telemetry, administering IV therapies, and collaborating with the interprofessional team to ensure patient safety and quality of care. The role supports competency-based advancement through the BJC RN Career Ladder and offers a sign-on bonus for external candidates, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits. Preferred qualifications include NIHSS certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS or JumpStart, telemetry monitoring experience, and IV therapy skills.
