Job Summary
Provide staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers to meet patient volume and acuity. Perform direct patient care in medical surgical, Progressive Care, and ICU levels. Maintain current New Jersey licensure and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Complete enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire. Work full-time days with occasional lifting and standing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position
- Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for desired role in medical surgical acute / progressive care units
- Current New Jersey license
- Current American Heart Association – BLS Health Care Provider
- Current American Heart Association - ACLS
Desired Qualifications
- BSN or MSN graduates preferred
