Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool

Perform plan-of-care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care through transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Demonstrate initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. Requires current Arizona or Compact State RN license, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of bedside RN experience. Schedule is 3x12 nights (7p–7a).
