Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Float Critical Care / ICU to support neuro-focused units. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical and psychosocial conditions, developing and documenting care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, evaluating patient outcomes, educating patients and families, and serving as a preceptor and charge nurse. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year acute nursing experience, and a CT RN license; BLS required. Neuro/care of ventilated and trached patients, airway management, and Neuro procedures are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Acute Nursing Experience Required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
