Registered Nurse (RN), Float Critical Care / ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) in Float Critical Care/ICU setting provides ongoing patient assessment, develops and documents an individualized plan of care with the healthcare team, coordinates plan of care, educates patients and families, serves as preceptor and charge nurse, and demonstrates competency in neuro patient care including airway management, tracheostomy and ventilator care, neuro assessments, and procedures per unit policies. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year acute nursing experience, and CT RN license; BLS required. May supervise non-RN personnel and work across units as distribution of staff and patients requires.
