Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Float Critical Care / ICU providing patient-centered nursing care across units under supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator.Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and executing care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, serving as preceptor to new staff, and functioning as charge nurse. Must have neonatal ICU experience, CT RN license, and BLS certification; BSN preferred. The role emphasizes supervision of non-RN personnel, neuro-focused care, airway management, and ventilator/NICU procedures within the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing
- BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
