Job Summary
Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on resident assessments. Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as required. Maintain current state licensure as an RN in good standing with strong organization and communication skills in English. This float role supports Benedictine's mission to provide comforting care for residents across the upper Midwest, partnering with a compassionate team of associates and ministry partners.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
